Getting Started with TCLC Mississippi Behavior Clinic is easy.

First you must complete an official intake. This is how we first learn of your needs and it allows us to begin the process of identifying your needs and setting up an initial appointment.

You may call our offices to start an intake at (601) 899-5900 our staff will guide you through the balance of the process.

You will need to complete some initial paperwork in addition to conducting an intake interview.

For your convenience we have posted much of the documents you must complete here on the website. You will need to have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to use these files. If you do not have Acrobat Reader you can download it free using the link that appears on this page.

In order to use these forms you will need a password. In order to obtain that password you will first need to complete the intake interview with our staff. Please call our offices to complete that intake interview soon.
